Supports capture and proposal managers throughout capture and proposal phases

10+ years of business development experience supporting federal health, readiness, or workforce programs
Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences or related field
Established professional relationships within federal civilian or defense agencies
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, consultants, industry partners, and client stakeholders
Ability to develop and deliver executive‑level presentations on business development strategy
