Account Managers do more than manage the day-to-day project execution — they guide the early planning stages, make sure the client’s needs are clear, the right teams are looped in, and ensure everyone’s set up to do great work
As a trusted gifting advisor, you’re responsible for uncovering new gifting opportunities with clients, influencing decision-making, and ensuring every gifting initiative is set up to deliver revenue, margin, and long-term success
Serve as the primary strategic partner to clients — cultivating strong relationships through regular touch points and consultative guidance
Consistently meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals
Requirements
3+ years of full-time experience in customer success, client services, sales or account management
Proven track record owning revenue targets
Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and executive presence
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech savvy
working experience with platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, ticketing system like Front is a plus
