Will be responsible for a consumer and civil litigation caseload;
Drafting all pleadings and case documents for the caseload;
Negotiating settlements;
Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems;
Monitoring case progress and court deadlines;
Other routine tasks related to the caseload.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree (postgraduate specialization in the practice area preferred);
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure (required);
Strong legal writing and reasoning skills are essential;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
Strong oral and written communication;
Reliability and consistent attendance.
