About this role
Role Overview
Identify and engage target companies
Run outbound qualification
Perform sales demos and close deals
Open doors with decision-makers
Uncover hiring intent and convert qualified prospects into clients
Build and manage outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
Qualify needs, timing, decision process, and budget fit
Set & run sales demonstration meetings
Keep CRM data accurate and actionable
Prospect across multiple channels, focus on cold calling (50+ calls/day)
Build and run a lead-sourcing strategy
Own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, closing, and account management
Manage your time independently across prospecting, sales demonstrations, and closing
Use consultative, solution-based selling to uncover needs and clearly communicate value
Requirements
3+ years of proven commercial experience, especially outbound sales and prospecting
3+ years years of experience in high volume calling environment
BILINGUAL IN BOTH ENGLISH/SPANISH
1 to 3+ years experience in performing sales demos
Strong phone communication and clear articulation
Excellent written skills (email and LinkedIn outreach)
Demonstrated drive, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
3 years of experience in cold calling
3 years of experience in B2B outbound calls
Strong time management and organization to balance customer engagement, closing, and CRM admin (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.)
