About this role
Role Overview
Lead the operational excellence of JLL's Project Delivery Services team by managing both people and processes that enable successful project execution.
You'll develop and lead a high-performing Project Management Operations (PMO) team while implementing technology solutions, standardized processes, and KPI frameworks that drive client satisfaction.
Manage technology systems including onboarding new Project Managers to JLL's Project Management Information System and relevant client platforms, providing ongoing training and support.
Monitor data quality across PDS and client systems, reporting on technology adoption and working with delivery teams to correct errors and maintain system integrity.
Conduct technical onboarding of PDS teams on client-specific processes including invoice workflows, project deliverables, templates, and approval stage gates.
Review project documentation prepared by Project Management teams to ensure compliance with client processes and templates, conducting regular account health checks.
Create and maintain centralized document control, keeping templates, processes, and playbooks accurate and up to date.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting as directed by PDS Lead.
Serve as PDS representative for processes related to intersecting JLL Services Lines (Sourcing, Finance, Safety, Sustainability, Facilities) and processes related to the Client's delivery model.
Establish trusted advisory relationships with Client and JLL Team to collaboratively solve complex operational challenges.
Lead strategic conversations surrounding on-account KPIs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, operationalized, and auditable.
Monitor and actively manage KPIs to ensure project teams meet performance targets; develop and implement training as necessary.
Analyze project performance against KPIs including budget compliance, program adherence, satisfaction surveys, and risk reporting while assisting with project benchmarking.
Manage, train, and develop PMO Team to support PDS delivery model per on-account processes.
Serve as PDS representative for regular Governance meetings, managing change in partnership with the Client and other JLL Service Lines.
Develop and implement efficient end-to-end project management processes that leverage automation and technology, and are aligned with PDS 5-phase delivery methodology.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management or similar field
Minimum of ten years of real estate or related project management experience.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Experience in construction project management, including managing KPIs and fee-at-risk contract deliverables
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and data analysis
Strong skills in document management including version control, naming conventions, file sharing, and archiving
Strong technology skills to research, evaluate, and implement new tools and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, collation, and tracking activities
Proficiency in Visio, Powerpoint, AdobeSign, and Microsoft tools
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong time management abilities with capacity to multitask and manage multiple concurrent assignment
Proactive approach to solving complex problems
Adaptability and flexibility to changing work priorities and deadlines
Experience leading a team across matrixed organizations, ability to influence without direct authority
Experience implementing organizational change management within client-facing teams
Experience in project finance activities and interfacing with client financial systems
