Work under the supervision of more senior Business HR staff
Provide support to address business problems
Analyze and prepare HR, workforce, and organizational data
Organize and facilitate talent reviews, culture action planning, performance calibrations, and team building exercises
Prepare reports and presentations as directed by BHR Manager or Director
Works collaboratively with other HR COEs to solve business issues and execute talent strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, OR if no degree a minimum of four years of related HR Experience
Two years of related HR experience
Valid driver's license
Professional certification in Human Resources (preferred)
Experience in applying technology-enabled solutions to enhance HR processes
Keeps abreast of the latest business trends, tools, and techniques
