The Director leads the development and execution of the company’s national pricing strategy across all chassis product lines, regions, and customer channels.
The role is accountable for driving profitable growth by aligning price architecture with market demand, competitive pressures, production economics, and lifecycle value.
Working closely with sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial leadership, this position ensures pricing decisions support volume objectives while protecting margin integrity.
The Director also shapes enterprise‑wide pricing governance, enabling consistent, data‑driven decisions that optimize profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
At least five years of progressive experience in financial modeling required
Ten years of experience in Pricing roles, and/or A combination of education and work experience.
