Role Overview

- Align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Design and execute pre-and-post time studies to measure impact
- Track AI-related gains against broader program targets
- Transform data into high-impact executive narratives
Requirements
- Experience in a sales, product, or technology role
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications
- Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives
- Excellent storytelling skills, especially in a business context
- Ability to manage competing priorities at the Director level
- Experience in building performance-tracking frameworks
- Empathy and understanding the psychology of user adoption
- Must be passionate about AI and technology
