You support our Van & Truck Telesales team with all administrative tasks related to offer preparation, contract processing, reservations, invoices, and follow-up coordination
You act as the operational partner for Customer Success Managers, enabling them to focus on customer relationships and revenue generation by taking over time-consuming administrative work
You take ownership of post-sale processes, ensuring seamless onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support for customers in the Van & Truck segment
You coordinate and manage customer follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed and all touchpoints are documented
You maintain customer master data, contract information, and pipeline updates in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring a high level of data quality and transparency
You collaborate closely with our German Telesales team via phone, video, and digital tools
Requirements
You are fluent in German (mandatory, ideally native level) and have strong English skills for internal communication
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with precision
You don't wait to be told what to do – you anticipate needs, spot gaps, and take initiative to support the team
You are confident and structured in your communication, particularly over the phone and via email, and enjoy working closely with sales teams
You have a service-oriented mindset and understand that your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and sales success
You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce); comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
