Requirements
Proficient written and spoken French and English language.
Previous experience in a Customer Support role is a plus.
Understanding of cars and their parts would be an advantage.
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of others' languages is also an advantage.
