Develop and maintain BRDs, HLDs, process flows, and delivery artifacts supporting regulatory, audit, and risk reporting requirements
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track actions to closure
Analyze and integrate data from multiple risk and resiliency-related systems across the enterprise
Query, analyze, and present data using SQL and Python to support analytics initiatives and ad‑hoc business requests
Build and enhance dashboards and reports leveraging existing Data Warehouse, BI, and analytics platforms
Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, governed, and aligned with enterprise data and technology standards
Identify, track, and support resolution of data, reporting, and delivery issues in a timely manner
Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across teams
Participate in special projects and other assigned duties

7+ years of experience in data modeling and data visualization within Banking or Financial Services
Strong expertise in complex SQL and Python for analytics and reporting
Experience designing data models to support enterprise analytics and regulatory reporting
Working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred
Experience with Data Vault, dbt, sqldbm, or similar tools is a plus
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
