About this role

Generate referrals by promoting agency services in the community.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with referral sources.
Conduct in-person visits (minimum of 8 accounts per day) with timely follow-up.
Represent the agency at networking meetings, community events, and professional organizations.
Plan weekly sales activities, set goals, and prepare materials for calls.
Submit weekly sales reports and attend sales meetings to review progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and contact information in the agency’s CRM system.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Stay informed about agency services, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Creative, self-driven, and able to problem-solve with sound judgment
Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals effectively
Professional business image and customer service orientation
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
Passion for helping seniors live with dignity.
