About this role
Role Overview
Execute brand strategy and tactics in field
Effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts
Build strong customer relationships
Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to engage in win-win partnerships
Develop and manage detailed customer profile analysis
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets
Maintain sales call frequencies and number of professional public visits as per plan
Participate in trainings, employee meetings and work-related events
Requirements
Relevant university degree
Science/Applied Science discipline
English language proficiency verbally and in writing preferred
Good command of the local language
Proven track record of success in sales performance and solid presentation skills within respective therapeutic areas preferred
Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities
Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach
Operates effectively in a matrix environment
Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences such as physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care or marketing preferred
