Lead and manage a Product Marketing Support function.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of marketing materials through rigorous quality control processes.
Develop and maintain marketing materials for use by Global Wealth teams.
Review and assess existing materials to identify enhancement opportunities and improve automation efficiency.
Produce monthly and quarterly fund commentary regarding factors impacting performance.
Coordinate and update fund-specific presentations, pitchbooks and sales ideas detailing overall fund positioning.
Generate and gather analytical data to support and enhance positioning recommendations for funds.
Develop and update slides and presentations to support sales meetings.
Complete Request for Information (RFIs) and consultant questionnaires.
Maintain and populate third-party databases (e.g.: Morningstar, Lipper) with performance and share class information and fund reclassifications, as necessary.
Verify product website content and postings are current and accurate.
Monitor industry and market events and the impact on designated products and related material.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of fixed income industry experience/mutual fund experience preferred.
An undergraduate degree.
Experience managing and leading a team.
Understanding of financial markets and fixed income investment concepts.
Must be able to effectively communicate and work with the PGIM Global Wealth Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Proficient knowledge of Seismic, Morningstar, FactSet, Bloomberg preferred.
