Collaborate with site leadership, aligning talent strategies with business priorities and ensuring effective implementation.
Deliver solutions, advice, and programs in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, leave of absence management, talent development, culture and employee engagement.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet recruitment needs.
Deliver exceptional onboarding support and orientation.
Collaborate with site leadership and Total Rewards to ensure competitive compensation.
Drive compliance and consistency with policy interpretation.
Facilitate excellence in workplace culture and communications practices.
Conduct investigations, interviews, inquiries, exit interviews, and focus groups.
Partner with managers to address performance gaps and facilitate Performance Improvement Plans as necessary.
Identify opportunities for management and talent development.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years’ experience
Basic knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation practices, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
