Layout, test, and circulate HTML email drafts with Business Development teams, partners, and other stakeholders
Assist in building distribution lists and segmenting contacts in the CRM database based on multiple criteria for targeted mailings
Send emails primarily using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights – Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing)
Ensure email deployments comply with consent policies based on audience and location, using exclusion segments to adhere to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations
Create HTML email templates and periodically update existing templates to support evolving business needs and brand standards
Troubleshoot bugs, broken links, formatting issues, and other technical problems as they arise
Requirements
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in a professional services organization required; 3–5 years preferred
Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights – Journeys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Stripo (integrated), Constant Contact, or similar tools
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and OneNote
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
Intermediate HTML knowledge required, including familiarity with tables, inline CSS styling, and email structure/tags
