Support the development and oversee the execution of the learning and development strategy
Oversee the needs assessment and creation of curricula that cover technical and domain competencies necessary to enhance skills and performance
Accelerate AI, Cloud, Data, and Development capabilities for our technology professionals, providing cutting-edge work for our clients
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their impact on performance and client satisfaction
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Manage the learning and development budget under the guidance of the Director, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support the training needs
Own and manage APACA regional programs and few Global programs as well
Manage the performance, engagement, and development of the Learning and Development teams
Requirements
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and strategies
Strong understanding of the digital and artificial intelligence businesses and trends
Ability to think strategically and translate business and client needs into effective learning solutions
Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong executive presentation delivery
Ability to direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems by applying advanced critical thinking
