Role Overview
- Exceed client family expectations, providing exemplary home-based care
- Ensure all staff are oriented/supported to be successful in their job performance
- Liaison between staff, patients, medical community, and referral sources
- Operates agency to increase financial performance by meeting the growing home-based care needs in our local communities.
- Review Care Plans
- Train, Hire and Discipline Contractors and Staff
- Conduct Virtual New Hire Orientation
- Intermittent Supervisory Visits (Field Staff)
Requirements
- RN
- Florida License
- Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Submit to Fingerprint Screening
- Must have at least 5 years' experience (prefer 3 years in long term care or home health)
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
