You are responsible for managing recruiting processes end-to-end – from briefing with the hiring teams through overseeing the candidate pipeline to successful placement
You align job requirements with hiring managers, challenge needs when necessary, and ensure a fast, accurate translation into appropriate search criteria
You manage the entire selection process in a structured, reliable way with a strong focus on quality
You identify and approach suitable candidates via active sourcing, networks and relevant recruiting channels
You screen applications, conduct qualified initial interviews and evaluate candidates in terms of technical fit, motivation and willingness to change
You keep candidates closely involved throughout the process, ensure a positive candidate journey, and prepare candidate profiles and interview assessments for the hiring teams
You create targeted job ads and publish them through appropriate channels
You manage job boards, social media funnels and other recruiting channels with respect to reach, fit and quality of response
You analyze ongoing searches and pragmatically adjust postings and outreach when markets or target profiles require it
You coordinate interviews, feedback cycles and alignments with hiring teams to ensure an efficient, transparent recruiting process
You maintain recruiting data and document processes cleanly in the systems used
You ensure our recruiting processes are implemented reliably, candidate-oriented and operationally robust
You contribute to the further development of our recruiting processes, sourcing strategies and selection standards
You derive concrete improvements from market feedback, funnel data and placement experiences
Requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing
Confident German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Team spirit, strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
Strong analytical, conceptual and structured way of working
A proactive mindset to drive processes forward and inspire people
