Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities following the agency training for effective skills improvement.
New policy set-up: Serve as a trusted advisor by uncovering the client's needs, identifying gaps in coverage, recommending solutions, and converting policies.
Upsell/Cross-Selling: Implement upselling strategies to encourage existing clients to expand their coverage.
Agency Relationship Process: Adhere consistently to the Cisneros Agency Relationship Process with feedback and training.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to innovate, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a role involving sales, customer service, or direct client interaction.
The willingness and ability to obtain state-required Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
A demonstrated willingness to learn and implement feedback.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen actively to uncover client needs.
