About this role
Role Overview
- Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring.
- Research and analyze prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket) and on-chain trading trends.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
- Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches.
Requirements
- Have hands-on prediction market / on-chain trading experience.
- Familiar with AI applications to boost productivity.
- Able to pick up new Web3 and DeFi concepts quickly.
- Basic analytics skills (spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Available 5 days/week for 3–6 months longer durance is a plus.
