Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Create strategic account plans tailored to each client’s unique business objectives and challenges
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Blue Yonder's suite of solutions
Oversee the implementation and integration of Blue Yonder's solutions, working closely with project managers, solution architects, and customer success teams
Communicate client feedback to product management and development teams to drive product enhancements
Present regular updates and progress reports to clients
Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and contract negotiations
Requirements
8+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
Proficiency in using supply chain management software solutions
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
