Identify key risks, analyze significant business, financial, and legal concerns, and deliver pragmatic responses.
Maintain guidelines, policy change requests, and approvals for key risks.
Participate in the approval process to support informed decisions and audit compliance.
Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders prioritizing deal support and company objectives.
Requirements
Deep practical experience of contract management in the IT and/or business services market.
Detailed understanding of key legal/commercial principles and obligations in complex software, cloud, and services contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence capabilities.
Proven ability to build strategic relationships internally and with clients.
Flexible and able to adapt thinking/approach balancing process and compliance.
Nuanced client-facing skills, capable of negotiating fair deals and managing difficult situations.
Ability to influence different functions and geographies, building consensus at senior levels.
Capable of presenting or escalating issues effectively to high-level executives.
