Engage customers and respond to product, quote, and technical inquiries
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow your territory
Build relationships with scientists, purchasing, and supply chain teams
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
2+ years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry.
Ability to learn technical products and apply consultative selling approaches
Solid understanding and proficiency in life sciences and/or the bioprocess industry to be able to serve as a resource for customers.
