Managing landlords and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations. driving both internal and external stakeholder management.
Negotiations with real estate lessors, intermediaries, resolution of problems related to the extension and modification of lease agreements, coordination of decisions with the heads of the bank’s units and regions.
Maintenance of engineering systems of facilities and control of service providers
Cost control, analysis, budget coordination and submission of proposals for the initiation of efficiency improvement projects for premise leasing and utilities, as well as facility maintenance and related services.
Active participation in sustainability programmes at the bank’s and the SEB Group’s level, ensuring the submission of sustainability reports and data collection in accordance with the requirements of the SEB Group
Requirements
Deep understanding and proven leadership of real estate office and construction activities
Strong Project management knowledge and experience
Experience in maintenance of engineering systems of facilities and control of service providers
Experience with Activity Base buildings as an advantage
Good negotiation skills and experience in defending the interests of the organisation on the basis of agreements
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership
Great communication skills and fluency in English
