About this role
Role Overview
Prepare and issue employment contracts and related documents.
Coordinate recruitment processes with Talent Acquisition.
Ensure accurate and complete employee records.
Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance.
Liaise with payroll partners, vendors, and Finance for timely payroll.
Orient and onboard new joiners, maintaining employee data and HRIS records.
Support Welfare Committee activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide HRBP support, including performance management.
Implement and maintain HR policies and manage related budgets.
Own and manage internal communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resource generalist area.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Self-initiative, positive mindset, and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
Experience in office administration and facilities management.
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
A passion for people and culture, with a commitment to driving a positive employee experience.
