Manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process
Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning
Oversee the S&OE process-escalation triggers, participation guidelines, decision-making process
Own the Case Fill Rate and OnTime In Full governance
Provide projections for service and inventory in the 0-6 week-period based on S&OE execution

Experience in logistics, distribution, production/operations management, and/or supply chain management (in a fact-moving consumer goods area preferred)
Demonstrated experience in supply chain execution KPI management
Customer facing experience incl. negotiation with customers, ideally in an FMCG environment
Knowledge of customer strategies, customer strategies & market environment
SAP & o9 systems working experience
Continuous Improvement & Cross Functional Project Management (focus on Cost, Service & Cash)
