You'll work closely with our Senior Sales Operations Specialist and broader Revenue Operations team to support day-to-day CRM operations, data hygiene tasks, and process execution.
Your work will have a direct impact on the accuracy and reliability of our sales data.
Perform routine CRM data hygiene tasks, including account deduplication, record merges, and data validation
Identify and flag data inconsistencies, incomplete records, and potential territory conflicts for review and resolution
Support the documentation and upkeep of CRM Rules of Engagement, helping to keep processes clear and up to date
Assist with bulk data cleanup projects, following established guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient execution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to action change requests and ensure data updates are reflected correctly across systems
Help onboard and guide new team members on CRM data standards and best practices

2 to 3 year of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM-related role
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most
High attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English
A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Curiosity and a proactive approach: you ask questions, take initiative, and follow through
