Performs financial analysis.
Writes Medical Plans (Quote, Present, Place Coverage): Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Part-D, Individual & Family Medical Plans (off exchange), Dental, Vision, International Travel, Expatriate Medical, Life Insurance.
Critically analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability.
Responsible for strategic planning of all clients and overall retention of accounts.
Educates employees regarding Medicare.
Generates professional client and carrier correspondence.
Maintains accurate and organized account files by appropriately documenting conversations with clients and carrier representatives; updates all HUB computer systems and automated agency management systems; ensures the accuracy of data.
Provides training as a subject-matter-expert to other Client Services team members on various topics.
Provides support to other employees within the department.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
High School / GED
2+ years of related compliant Medicare insurance sales and service experience
