Conducting Exit interviews with leavers, feeding back insights to the P&C team to ensure we are alerted to issues and managing them.
Supporting the P&C team in launching new initiatives and projects.
Using Workday (HRIS System) to analyse data around diversity, turnover and other key metrics, producing insight reports for the P&C Partners and key stakeholders
Coaching and supporting line managers to ensure they understand best practice across the employee life cycle.
Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of the people and business issues.
Role modelling the values, culture and behaviours.
Seeking and recommending improvements to the P&C processes and procedures.
Requirements
CIPD qualified desirable
Minimum 2 years generalist HR experience
Ability to work in a confidential and discrete manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Excellent excel and Microsoft office skills
Workday experience preferred
Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of work
