Role Overview
- Provide strategic financial leadership across IBG’s international footprint
- Oversee end-to-end financial management including planning, budgeting, forecasting
- Drive robust financial controls, governance standards, and regulatory compliance
- Deliver insightful management reporting and variance analysis
- Partner with the Head of IBG Finance to support business expansion
- Lead and embed a digital and AI-led transformation agenda within IBG Finance
- Build and lead a high-performing, future-ready finance organization.
Requirements
- Senior finance leadership experience within international or wholesale banking
- Strong strategic finance, performance management, and governance expertise
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders
- Demonstrated leadership in driving finance transformation
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
