About this role
Role Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Coordinate communication between departments and assist in project management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with corporate policies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience in supporting senior executives or management teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with corporate governance and compliance processes.
