Perform field calibration, troubleshooting, and repair services on all Anderson Negele products at customer locations.
Operate profitably within an assigned territory, identifying and capturing sales leads in support of aggressive growth objectives.
Build customer loyalty and expand business relationships within the territory.
Accurately document and report all service work performed, including billing and expense reports.
Maintain a company service truck and equipment in full compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Comply with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations related to operating, maintaining, and inspecting a company service truck.
Safely haul, back up, maneuver, and service equipment trailers in a variety of customer, industrial, and field environments.

Requirements
High school diploma required; associate degree or two‑year technical degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
Prior field‑based experience in a travel‑intensive role preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and the ability to learn additional systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong problem‑solving skills, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
Ability to meet all DOT requirements, including those related to operating and inspecting company vehicles.
Demonstrated ability to safely tow, back, maneuver, and service trailers in customer and field locations.
Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time throughout the Midwest region, including frequent overnight travel, with occasional travel to other regions in the U.S. as business needs arise.
Ability to lift 80 lbs.
