Lead GTM Strategy & Execution: Evolve and execute a multi-faceted Go-to-Market strategy to drive growth and expand our market share across EMEA and Americas
Drive Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the Contact Pro sales targets. Develop and execute a plan to accelerate business growth and deliver results across all the KPIs (financials, pipeline, average deal size, close rate, etc.)
Develop Partner & Channel Opportunities: Identify, build and nurture a strong partner ecosystem. This includes fostering the current partners and creating relationships with selected key partners (e.g., Telcos, System Integrators, VARs) to develop new revenue streams and expand our reach.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and grow the existing team of Sales Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and success in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Focused Planning & Execution: Assess market opportunities and white spaces to refine GTM priorities and ensure the team is engaged in the most impactful activities, including direct sales if applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales leadership, product, and regional partner teams to ensure strategic alignment, manage dependencies, and maximize market opportunities.
Requirements
An Experienced CCaaS/CPaaS Sales Leader: you have 10+ years of experience in the enterprise software space, with significant experience in the CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS industry. You have a proven track record of leading sales and partner teams to success.
A Versatile Sales Strategist: You have demonstrable experience in building and nurturing a successful partner-led sales motion, knowing how to motivate and activate partners to drive revenue
but you also worked in direct enterprise sales, knowing how to adapt the strategy to the market's needs
A Strategic Builder and Executor: You are a strategic thinker who can create a plan and a hands-on leader who can execute it. You thrive in a "builder" environment and have a history of achieving ambitious goals.
A Change Agent: You have experience leading teams through periods of evolution. You are adaptable, resilient, and can navigate ambiguity to create clarity and direction for your team.
Results-Oriented: You are metric-driven and have a strong sense of urgency. You are committed to hitting the ground running and making an immediate impact on the business.
Excellent Communicator: You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, team members, and executive-level partner and customer contacts.
Familiarity with key CRM ecosystems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) is a strong plus.
