Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce, or a comparable commercial qualification, plus at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- At least three years of relevant experience in sales or selling — ideally in retail.
- Strong leadership and advisory/coaching skills, with an analytical and structured way of working.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive working style.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Valid driver's license and a high willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
