About this role
Role Overview
Lead and develop a high‑performing team of HR Data Management Specialists to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant data and access services.
Oversee HR data and system access activities across core platforms, ensuring data integrity, appropriate access controls, and audit readiness.
Act as the escalation point for complex data management issues.
Ensure data management processes meet audit standards, security requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Use KPIs and operational metrics to identify risks, improve cycle time, reduce rework, and enhance overall data management efficiency.
Maintain deep knowledge of compliance, legal, and risk requirements related to HR data and access management, and ensure team processes and controls align with those requirements.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in HR operations, with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and risk management in HR contexts.
Proven ability to manage escalations and influence across departments.
Experience with ServiceNow and Workday platforms.
