Screen and vet inbound candidates via phone and video, assessing them against specific profile requirements for each search
Run outbound sourcing campaigns as needed for searches with specific geographic or professional requirements
Apply our filtering criteria to evaluate candidates — assessing career trajectory, education, post-MBA rigor, leadership indicators, and cultural fit for each role
Manage the candidate pipeline in Greenhouse, keeping data clean and statuses current
Present qualified candidates to the founding team with clear, concise written assessments
Coordinate candidate communication — scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates throughout the process
Work across all active searches simultaneously, spanning defense tech, PE portfolio companies, and adjacent industries
Contribute your own SOPs, TTPs, and best practices to help mature and professionalize our recruiting fulfillment operation
Requirements
3–5 years of recruiting experience at a staffing or recruiting agency — boutique agency experience strongly preferred; you need to have worked in an environment similar to ours, not exclusively at a large corporate or in-house recruiting function
Proven ability to juggle multiple searches across different clients and industries simultaneously
