Coordinate undergraduate recruitment efforts in the greater Houston, Texas area.
Engage with prospective students, families, school counselors, and community partners to promote Iowa State and guide students through the admissions process.
Manage recruitment activities within your territory, including school visits, college fairs, and virtual or in-person meetings with students and families.
Use data and outreach strategies to plan effective recruitment efforts, build strong relationships with key partners, and support students as they explore Iowa State.
Participate in on-campus recruitment events and training.

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License
Experience in higher education admissions or undergraduate student recruitment, preferably in a regional territory-based setting.
Experience planning and executing student recruitment strategies, outreach initiatives, and enrollment-focused events (e.g., school visits, college fairs, information sessions).
Experience building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, and educational partners.
Experience coordinating regional travel logistics, scheduling, and recruitment reporting within a structured territory.
Experience using higher education CRM or student recruitment systems, such as Salesforce, Workday Student, Slate, Student Search, or similar platforms, to manage prospective student engagement and outreach activities.
Experience delivering presentations and individualized advising conversations with prospective students in both in-person and virtual settings.
