Contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp and other channels, focusing on generating interest and creating commercial opportunities.
Execute prospecting cadences with discipline, organization and a high volume of activities.
Qualify leads according to predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the ideal customer profile.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Executive team.
Populate and update the CRM with relevant information about contacts, progress and next actions.
Work with a focus on targets for scheduled meetings, meetings held and opportunity conversion.
Actively contribute to improving outreach approach, sales pitch and prospecting intelligence.
Take strong ownership of the pipeline generated and the quality of opportunities passed to the sales team.
Requirements
Previous commercial experience, preferably in SDR, pre-sales or outbound prospecting.
Experience with active phone prospecting and multichannel outreach.
Experience with sales cadences, lead qualification and handoff to closers.
Familiarity with operations driven by KPIs, targets and productivity.
Strong verbal communication, active listening and the ability to conduct focused, strategic conversations.
Ability to build rapport with prospects, overcome initial objections and generate interest in the solution.
Organized in managing schedule, follow-ups and CRM.
