About this role
Role Overview
Oversee and direct the general success of high-profile named account(s).
Ensure overall client success regarding response to client inquiries, document management, payment research, file delays, system access, and other relevant items.
Align solutions with EC/client objectives and build strong relationships.
Manage internal coordination, communication, and messaging for external client requests and reported issues.
Analyze and evaluate high dollar and escalated claims.
Manage and maintain client relationships through understanding client inventory and identifying unique solutions to client specific needs.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2 plus years’ experience in healthcare field working in billing or collections.
2-4 years’ client facing/customer services experience.
Extensive level of understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing and subsequent data requirements.
Experience working with internal teams while serving in a client facing or client support role.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
