About this role
Role Overview
Partner with sales, legal, finance, and revenue operations to structure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals
Serve as a thought partner to sales reps on deal strategy: pricing, competitive positioning, negotiation approach, and contract structure
Define and evolve pricing and deal frameworks as the market shifts
Lead cross-functional strategic projects addressing recurring deal friction
Help establish systems, processes, and operating cadence that support rapid growth
Balance deal workload with longer-horizon strategic initiatives
Requirements
5–10 years of experience across consulting, investing, commercial strategy, deal desk, or a combination
Experience with enterprise B2B deals, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure with $1M+ ACV contracts
Highly analytical with pricing analysis and ROI models in Excel
Point of view and perspective on strategic topics
Thrived in a 0-to-1 environment with urgency and ownership
Based in or able to relocate to San Francisco or New York City
