Build working relationships with finance teams understanding their processes and staying abreast of planned changes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support ERP-related finance initiatives across diverse platforms.
Drive assigned projects aligned with the strategic direction of the Global ERP Director, Corporate Finance, and senior leadership
Identify and propose new initiatives or improvements that optimize financial systems and processes.
Ensure solutions comply with finance standards, including IFRS, and internal audit requirements.
Maintain a strong understanding of core finance processes and recommend process improvements.
Partner with finance teams to analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and finance stakeholders.
Support testing, training, and deployment activities for system changes.
Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Finance Systems Analyst supporting ERP finance processes.
Strong finance and accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, accruals, reconciliations, period close).
Oracle Fusion experience
Oracle certifications in finance modules would be an asset
