Role Overview
- Help architect, develop, and operate FactSet’s next-generation pricing and security reference database
- Shape and refine data models, development frameworks, and operational processes to support broad asset class coverage
- Foster partnership across engineering, product, market data, and operations teams for seamless integration
- Advance FactSet’s data governance standards, quality controls, and scalability as new asset classes are introduced
- Balance strategic design initiatives with hands-on execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years working with financial instrument reference data, security identifiers, market data, and symbology
- Deep understanding of cross-asset security modeling and integration of real-time market data within reference data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and market structure concepts into practical frameworks and operational workflows
- Proven record of collaboration across technical and business teams in data-intensive or financial technology environments
- Strong attention to detail, data ownership, and operational rigor
