About this role
Role Overview
Establish and grow relationships with strategic accounts.
Play a vital role in helping firms develop their online strategies and convert market potential into Xero users.
Manage the pre-sales process and ensure commitments are delivered.
Collaborate closely with Partner Success to increase Xero penetration within major accounts.
Deliver Xero introductory events to prospective strategic accounts.
Monitor specifically assigned strategic accounts progress through the sales cycle.
Update CRM system with all client communications.
Requirements
Proven track record of hunting and managing strategic accounts, specifically within the partner or vertical channels.
Deep understanding of accounting workflows and practice software.
Ability to build quick, genuine rapport and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborative approach to achieve monthly revenue and subscription targets.
Track record in influencing and driving sales within partner and vertical channels.
Clear and persuasive communication skills.
