Role Overview
- Work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment
- Help with the overall attrition of the company
- Retain members within the business by proactively calling our members
Requirements
- Experience of outbound calling – high volume
- Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
- Customer Service experience
- Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grown count and revenue
- Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry
