Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
Detailed test cases creations based on requirements/ use cases, Identify the test data needs.
Perform the test execution, and report the defects, Review the test results with business and secure signoff.
Conduct defect triage meetings, Defects retest and closure, Report test execution metrics to assigned test lead daily/weekly.
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
Minimum 4 years of testing experience in the US Healthcare domain (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare) supporting pharmacy including claims processing, enrollment, and benefit administration.
Prior experience in performing ends to end testing of programs is a plus.
Experience with pharmacy prescription drug claims testing, benefits and clinical testing is a plus.
Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
