About this role
Role Overview
Assist customers in maximizing benefits of PVcase software
Educate customers and provide access to knowledge resources
Guide customers through troubleshooting projects
Conduct training and support sessions in writing or via Zoom
Document novel challenges and work with product team to improve software
Test new software builds and provide feedback
Assist with customer onboarding and developing educational resources
Requirements
Native or full business fluency in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, solar design software and/or GIS development platforms
2+ years design experience in the Utility-scale solar sector preferred. Alternatively, C&I rooftop sector design experience
Strong multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Up to 4 weeks of travel time (events, conferences) per year
