Administers Non-Qualified plans: including day to day administration and activities such as processing payments in Payroll and Accounts Payable, biweekly deferrals, and reconciling trusts.
Works directly with our recordkeeper on all Non-Qualified plan matters.
Runs the annual Non-Qualified enrollment.
Runs monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to internal partners.
Partners with our payroll teams to ensure proper taxation and tax reporting.
Provides ad-hoc reports for different departments and managers on an as-needed basis.
Answers participants Non-Qualified questions, investigating and resolving any issues regarding deferrals or payments.
Administers BOLI and Split Dollar insurance plans.
Administers different Executive Benefit plans.
Assists with special projects as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of administrative matters relating to Non-Qualified plan administration including Deferred Compensation and Supplemental Pensions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word and Excel
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and organizational skills
