Lead and inspire a regional HR team, ensuring high-quality People & Culture support across Eastern Europe.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure seamless execution of all People & Culture processes in the region/countries, aligned with our global P&C strategy and business priorities.
Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Management Team, providing guidance on organizational design, talent development, change management, compensation, and employee engagement.
Steer annual corporate P&C processes, such as development conferences, salary reviews, and bonus cycles.
Ensure legal compliance, staying aligned with local labor laws and regulations across the region.
Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
Collaborate closely with global P&C teams, supporting organizational changes and contributing to strategic global initiatives and projects.
Drive consistent implementation of global P&C policies and strategies across all countries in your scope.
Requirements
University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related field
7+ years of HR experience, including team leadership and work in an international environment
Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with other Eastern European markets
Broad expertise across HR processes: recruitment, development, compensation, performance, payroll, and employee relations
Experience supporting organizational change and partnering with senior leaders
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Fluent English and proficiency with HR systems and MS Office; experience with global HR tools is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, hands-on mindset
comfortable with working in dynamic environments and managing complexity across countries and cultures
