Role Overview
- Provide critical support to our sales team
- Create RFP responses and proposals
- Maintain the CRM system
- Coordinate tasks for Engineering
- Review RFPs and create response tasks for Sales, Engineering, and Logistics
- Prompt response to Sales and customer inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years working experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
- 1+ year of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service
- 1+ year of experience in sales quoting and contractual pricing
- 1+ year experience with sales RFP and proposal creation
- Strong communication, organizational, math, and analytical skills
- Proficiency speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Proficiency with a second language
